Members are responsible for exercising their own judgment and diligence, including independent verification, before making decisions based on interactions with other members.

5. No Matchmaking Guarantee

Milana provides a platform to facilitate introductions between prospective life partners. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any relationship, engagement or marriage arising from use of our services.

6. Fees and Payments

Basic registration on Milana is free. Certain premium features or services, if offered, may require payment. All applicable fees will be communicated clearly before purchase, and payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

11. Governing Law
